JEE Main Maths section makes difference between the ranks of jee main. As Physics and Chemistry are relatively easy than Maths so students do not focus more on maths section. And those who are able to score good in maths section are able to get a good rank in JEE Main.

Previously I have shared the articles about JEE Main 2016 Chemistry and JEE Main 2016 Physics syllabus. In this article I am going to share about JEE Main 2016 Maths Syllabus which will help the candidates regarding their preparation.

UNIT 7: Sequences and Series

UNIT 8: Limit, Continuity and Differentiability

UNIT 9: Integral Calculus

UNIT 10:Differential Equations

UNIT 11:Co-ordinate Geometry

UNIT 12:Three Dimensional Geometry

UNIT 13: Vector Algebra

UNIT 14: Statistics and Probability

UNIT 15:Trigonometry

UNIT 16:Mathematical Reasoning

You can also read the JEE Main 2016 Chapterwise Weightage of Physics, Chemistry and Maths to have an idea about the scoring and important topics of Maths.

Coordinate Geometry, Integral Calculus and Complex Number and Quadratic Equation are the most important or you can say do or die topics for your JEE Main 2016 preparation. Minimum of 40 marks will be in your pocket if you prepare only these chapters by heart.

Other important topics are Sequences and Series, Matrices and Determinants, Statistics and Probability, Trigonometry, Limits Continuity and Differentiability and Three Dimensional Geometry which also have a good weightage in JEE Main subject.
